"I'm not sure if Niko works from this location, but I couldn't find a page for another one. He was on time, as promised, both times. The first time he came out was just to diagnose which part we needed to replace on our dishwasher. He ordered the part next day (Friday) and was out on Monday to install it. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to rest & explain to me why the part had gone bad (it's common) and make sure the replacement worked.
